Craniosacral Therapy
Soft touch. Deep healing.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on modality that works with the body’s natural rhythms to support deep rest, healing, and regulation of the nervous system. Using light touch—no more than the weight of a quarter—CST encourages the release of deeply held tension, helping the body move toward balance and ease.
Why Craniosacral Therapy?
Clients often seek CST for:
-
Stress, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation
-
Headaches and migraines
-
TMJ dysfunction
-
Chronic neck, jaw, and back tension
-
Fatigue, burnout, or sensory overwhelm
-
Emotional processing and trauma recovery
-
Sleep difficulties
-
A need for deep rest and nervous system reset

What Does a Session Feel Like?
Craniosacral sessions are deeply restful and guided by the body’s natural rhythms. In a full CST session, you’ll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably while I use gentle, still touch to support areas of tension, restriction, or holding patterns. While the focus often includes the head, spine, and sacrum, the work may also involve other parts of the body—including the limbs, back, or abdomen—depending on what your system calls for.

In blended sessions (like the Discovery Session), CST is combined with relaxation-based massage and integrative touch, and will include traditional draping and techniques.

Many clients experience a sense of warmth, subtle internal movement, or deep stillness. Some feel emotional release, while others simply rest. Each session is unique, and guided by the pace of your nervous system.
