This class offers you a place to unwind, let go, and just be—without expectation.

Through gentle movement, supported stillness, and somatic mindfulness, you’ll reconnect with your body, soften tension, and settle into deep rest. We’ll begin with 3–5 cozy, floor-based restorative shapes—each held for around 10 minutes and supported with blankets, bolsters, and pillows.

As your body unwinds, you’ll be guided into a calming yoga nidra meditation: a body scan and rest practice designed to carry you into even deeper stillness and release.

This class is especially supportive for anyone experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, or grief—or simply in need of deep rest.

Let go to stillness. Let go to rest.

Stacey is such a wonderfully talented massage therapist! I always feel so much better both mentally and physically after one of her massages. She's a truly caring person who is genuinely invested in finding the best approach to help her clients feel better through gentle yet effective techniques to release muscle tension without beating you up in the process. I've been coming to Stacey for massages for years and highly recommend her.

You'll be doing yourself a favor!

about me 1.png

Hi, I’m Stacey — massage therapist, yoga teacher, and devoted advocate for rest.

My work is rooted in the art of presence — a weaving of gentle touch, stillness, and somatic awareness. It’s not just about easing tension; it’s about helping you feel more at home in your body. Whether you're moving through stress, grief, or simply the everyday weight of being human, I offer space for you to exhale, soften, and reconnect.

My approach to bodywork is gentle and intuitive. I don’t believe it takes force or pressure to create meaningful change — the body responds best when it feels safe, seen, and supported. In that safety, something powerful begins to shift.

Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded after a session — as if something deep within them has been given permission to rest. This is the heart of my work: to create conditions where healing can naturally unfold, without pressure or expectation.

My own journey has been shaped by loss, deep listening, and a commitment to meeting each moment as it is. I’ve learned that healing is less about doing, and more about allowing. That the way we speak to ourselves matters. And that rest is not a reward — it’s a necessity.

Since 2010, I’ve been honored to walk alongside others in their healing — as a steady, compassionate presence.

Outside the studio, you’ll find me birdwatching with my cats, practicing tai chi, exploring trails on Orcas Island, or hopping through sidewalk chalk just for the joy of it. Healing happens in quiet places, and in playful ones too.

I’d love to share space with you.
